The goal of this task force is to crowdsource across individuals, programs and institutions resources around pregnancy and parenting for members. Potential sections are fertility, pregnancy, parental leave, return to work, lactation. This builds on the SWIU 2021 Task Force on Salary Equity that developed a template parental leave policy for women urologists to adapt to their local situations. The new task force work products might also include developing a group of potential members willing to share their experiences with other members to provide mentorship on these topics.
